Openet Wins Summary Judgment in Patent Infringement Suit
Openet, a global leader of transaction management software for network operators, today announced that a federal court in Alexandria, Virginia, has granted summary judgment for Openet in a lawsuit filed by Amdocs Limited. The court found that Openet software does not infringe Amdoc’s patents.

Openet announces that Telekom Austria Group has selected Kapsch CarrierCom to integrate the Openet Policy Manager across six operating companies in Eastern Europe.
The six network operators will benefit from spam attack detection and flexible bill shock prevention as well as the implementation of requirements related to roaming regulation.
